Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Celebration Gifting is a personalised kids' birthday return-gifting service operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We curate custom gift combos, package them beautifully, print personalised thank-you cards, and deliver them to your doorstep.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to Celebration Gifting. 'You' and 'your' refer to the customer placing an order.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, using the Pack Builder, or placing an order with us (whether through our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp), you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions in full
- You agree to our Returns & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Products & Pack Builder
3.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However:
- Product images are representative. Actual colours, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturing or photography.
- Product availability is subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you on WhatsApp to offer a suitable replacement.
- Seasonal or limited-edition items may be withdrawn without prior notice.
3.2 Pack Configuration
Our Pack Builder allows you to select a budget, packaging type, and individual products. You acknowledge that:
- The pack configuration you create is your sole selection. We fulfil exactly what you configured.
- The 'remaining budget' indicator is a real-time guide. It is your responsibility to ensure your selections fit within your chosen budget.
- Custom pack configurations cannot be modified after the order is placed. Please review your cart carefully before proceeding to checkout.
3.3 Custom Theme Cards
If you select the Custom Theme Card add-on (+βΉ10 per pack), our team will contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your order to confirm the theme. We will design the card based on your inputs. By selecting this option, you agree that:
- Theme finalisation is subject to our team's acknowledgement on WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to decline themes that are inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on third-party intellectual property.
- If we cannot reach you within 48 hours of the order, we will proceed with a standard thank-you card design and refund the Custom Theme Card charge.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (βΉ) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices displayed at the time of your order confirmation will be honoured.
4.2 Payment
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We do not offer credit or instalment payment options.
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. A Pending payment status means your order has not been confirmed.
4.3 Coupon Codes
- Coupon codes are subject to their individual terms (minimum order value, expiry date, usage limits).
- Only one coupon code may be applied per order.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively to past orders.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order where a coupon code has been misused or fraudulently applied.
- If a coupon code is applied but the order is subsequently cancelled, the coupon is considered redeemed and will not be reinstated unless otherwise communicated.
4.4 Payment Failures
If your payment fails:
- Your order will not be confirmed. You may retry payment with the same or a different payment method.
- Any amount debited for a failed transaction will be refunded to your original payment method within 5β7 business days by Razorpay. Please contact your bank if the refund is delayed.
5. Order Processing
5.1 Order Confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation on-screen with a unique Order ID (format: CG-XXXXX). Our team will contact you on WhatsApp within 2 hours to confirm your order details and any custom requirements.
5.2 Order Processing Time
We typically process and fulfil orders within the following timelines:

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (school holidays, festive periods). We will communicate any delays proactively.
5.3 Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity is 5 packs. We do not fulfil orders below this threshold.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Partners
We ship via Shiprocket, Delhivery, and DTDC. The carrier is selected based on your PIN code, delivery speed, and serviceability.
6.2 Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 Delivery Charges
Current delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery charges are subject to change. Free delivery promotions, if applicable, will be clearly communicated on our website.
6.4 Delivery Attempts
The delivery partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails on both attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. Re-delivery in such cases will incur an additional shipping charge payable by the customer.
6.5 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. Address changes after order confirmation are not guaranteed and are subject to the shipment's dispatch status.
6.6 Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the contents before unpacking, and notify us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
- If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the order, please raise a complaint with us within 48 hours.
- Lost or damaged shipments will be investigated with the delivery partner. Resolutions may take 5β10 business days.
7. Personalisation & Intellectual Property
- You warrant that any text you provide for the thank-you card note does not infringe third-party rights, is not defamatory, and is not offensive.
- We reserve the right to decline printing any message we deem inappropriate.
- All product imagery, branding, packaging designs, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Celebration Gifting. You may not reproduce or use them without our written consent.
- By sharing photographs of our products or packaging on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost or share such images for marketing purposes, with credit to you where appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or emotional distress arising from a delay or defect in our products.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions to any product included in your pack. If you or any recipient has known allergies, please review the product contents carefully or contact us before ordering.
- We are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or delivery partner failures.
9. Privacy & Data
We collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. delivery partner, payment gateway).
By placing an order, you consent to being contacted on WhatsApp for order-related communication. We may also contact you for feedback or to inform you of future promotions. You may opt out at any time.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
