## When is name engraving worth the extra?

When you know every guest's name before you order, and when the bottle will leave home. A few cases where it pays off:

- **A class party.** You have the register, so the list is complete, and a named bottle that goes to school is easy to identify if it gets mixed up.
- **A small party of close friends and cousins.** Ten or fifteen names is easy to collect, and the bottle becomes a keepsake.

## What does the engraving look like?

The name is engraved in a script font on the bottle's coloured outer sleeve, below the cap. The bottle itself is the same 330 ml rabbit glass bottle, with a matching coloured cap and a carry loop, and colours are sent based on availability.

## How do you send the names?

A short list goes in the Special Instructions box at checkout, which takes 200 characters. A long list goes to our team on WhatsApp. As a rough guide, 30 first names separated by commas run past 200 characters, so a whole class is a WhatsApp list.

Before you send it:

- use the names the children go by, not their full school names;
- check every spelling with the class list or the parents, because engraving can't be changed;
- send one name per line on WhatsApp, which is easier to check than a long sentence.

## What about the spare packs?

They can't carry guests' names, because you don't know who they are for. We suggest ordering 10 packs more than the children you invite, for siblings and drop-ins, so plan those as unnamed packs, such as the plain rabbit glass bottle.
