How to use Build Your Pack: a custom return gift pack in 3 steps

Build Your Pack is where you put together a custom return gift pack on our site: you set one budget per pack, choose the products and a bag, and say how many packs you need. The page keeps a running total and stops you going over budget. Below, each step is shown with screenshots from the live builder at a ₹150 budget, followed by the reasons it works the way it does. Where do you start a custom return gift pack?

Start with the budget slider at the top of the builder. It sets the most you want to spend on one pack, which is one child's return gift, anywhere from ₹100 to ₹500 in steps of ₹10. Slide it all the way to the end and it switches to No Limit, which turns the budget check off.

The budget can also live in the link. Opening celebrationgifting.in/buildyourpack/150 starts the builder with ₹150 already set, so you can send the exact budget to whoever is helping you plan.

Step 1: how do you choose products?

Pick from category tabs such as Stationery, Toys & Puzzles, Water Bottles and Piggybank, or tap the search icon and type a name. Tap any card to see all its photos and the full description, then tap Add to Pack. You can add as many products as your budget allows.

The amount left sits above the grid and changes with every item you add or remove. Products that cost more than what is left are greyed out with an Over Budget tag. You can still open them and look, but you cannot add them until you remove something or raise the budget.

Step 2: which packaging should you pick?

Each pack gets one packaging option, and it counts towards the same budget. There are 17 to choose from:

• nine printed gift bags, 8 by 10 inches, in unicorn, space, flower, dinosaur, jungle, Happy Birthday, multicolour, Cocomelon and carnival designs;
• a customised theme bag, printed on one side with any theme and text you ask for, such as the birthday child's name;
• premium transparent and semi-transparent bags in several sizes;
• a haversack in Avengers, unicorn, Frozen, Mickey or princess designs, and a vanity suitcase.

If you choose the haversack, its description asks you to note how many boys' and girls' designs you want. That note goes in the next step.

Step 3: how many packs should you order?

Set the number of packs with the plus and minus buttons, or type it in. The minimum is 5 packs and there is no maximum. Below the counter is an optional Special Instructions box with room for 200 characters, for notes such as "10 packs for boys, 5 for girls" or the names to engrave if you picked the personalised rabbit water bottle.

The summary on the right adds up the products and packaging for one pack, multiplies by the number of packs and adds delivery. As of October 2026, delivery is ₹250 on orders under ₹5,000, ₹150 from ₹5,000 to ₹9,999, and free from ₹10,000. Coupon codes go in at checkout, one per order. When you tap Proceed to Order, you enter a name and a WhatsApp number and pay online, and the confirmation page shows your order ID.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, then take 1 to 2 days within Hyderabad and 3 to 5 days to other cities, as our FAQ explains. If you need to change something, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID before the order is dispatched.

Can you start from a ready-made combo instead?

Yes. Tap Select Combo on any of our combos and Build Your Pack opens with that combo's products and bag already chosen, the budget switched to No Limit, and the Quantity step open. Why is Build Your Pack built this way?

Celebration Gifting started as an Instagram page in 2023 and has delivered more than 500 orders. We launched Build Your Pack in 2026 so parents anywhere in India can put a pack together and order from home. A few decisions shaped it:

• The budget comes before the steps. It sits above them and applies to every choice that follows, so the builder can grey out what does not fit while you shop, instead of surprising you at checkout.
• The budget is a ceiling, not a price. You pay for the items you pick. A pack that comes to ₹145 under a ₹150 budget costs ₹145.
• Three steps, not four. The builder had four steps until June 2026. We cut it to three so it takes fewer taps to place an order.
• It remembers your pack. Your budget, items, bag and quantity are saved in your browser, so closing the tab does not lose your work on that device.
• Budgets travel in the link. Because the budget can sit in the address, you can share a starting point with family or a co-host.
• It is built for phones first. On small screens, the main button for each step stays in a bar at the bottom of the screen, within reach of your thumb.
